How often do you rotate beers?

Every month. Our aim is to make sure you don't get the same beers with any given 12 month period. We also take feedback and beer ratings from members to remove those that don't cut the mustard.

What types of beer can I expect?

We deliver a wide range and variety of beer. With the Explorer and Discovery subscriptions we go a little further afield to provide some smashing beers for you!

Can I change subscriptions?

Yes. You can switch at any time, as long as it's before the next subscription date. Click log in to edit, cancel, or update your subscription.

Is there any commitment?

No. You can cancel whenever you like, as long as it's before the next subscription date.

How does it work?

Signup and choose your preferred subscription in less than one minute. We have options of 8 monthly beers with regular or premium beers, as well as the pioneer pack that contains beers from a little further afield. You'll receive your first beers the following day, and then the same date of every month thereafter. Simple as that!

What are takeover boxes?

Every quarter we run an additional takeover box that you can opt in to receive. These takeover boxes really are a great deal compared with buying individually, and will focus on a particular region or individual brewery.

Do you really offer 1-for-1 referral boxes?

Yes! We'd rather reward our loyal customers than run ads. We're here because of you and we want to keep it that way.

Subscriber only store

Any existing subscriber can access our subscriber store to purchase beers at any time. You'll be able to specify next day delivery ($10 if your order is less than $100, or free above that), or to deliver with your next scheduled delivery. When you've logged in to your personal store you'll be able to mark an option to charge your subscription account and checkout without providing payment details.

Why should I choose The Beer Pioneer?

We know we're creatures of habit. Sometimes it's good to shake things up a little. Get outside your comfort zone and live a little. Instead of purchasing the same few six packs at your local, take a walk on the wild side.

How can I access my previous invoices?

You'll receive an automated invoice every time a payment is made using your account. If you can't find the email, don't worry, you can log in to our portal and view or download all your historic charges.

How do I manage my account in the customer portal?

Managing your account couldn't be easier. Once you've signed up you'll be able to access the portal using your registered email address and a one-time OTP that we send to your email. Once you've logged in you can pause, cancel, reactivate your subscription at any time. Additionally, you can also update your beer style preferences, as well as your preferred payment method.

What if there's a problem with my delivery or parcel?

Don't worry. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to resolve any problem.

How do you deliver?

We use Rida (rida.ai) for our deliveries in a 4 hour block, from 09:00-13:00. You will receive 3 texts on the day of scheduled delivery; one to notify you of upcoming delivery, 30 minutes before expected delivery time, and finally, one upon completion or drop off.

Ordering at the end of the month?

We have a cut-off date of the 20th. If you order between 21st - 31st of the month, we will deliver the next day as usual, but shift the next delivery by 1 month. For example, if you order on the 21st March, we'll deliver on 22nd March, with the following delivery after that being the 2nd-5th May. As much as we'd all like to crush 8 beers at once, sometimes a little self-control is in order!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver islandwide. As long as you're in mainland Singapore (including Sentosa), and not at any restricted area or barracks, we've got you covered.

What's your delivery schedule?

The day after your payment is made we courier the beer to your shipping address. After that, we deliver at the beginning of each month. That's really all that's to it. Order, open, enjoy!
